Excellent! Even my husband - Mr. Ranch dressing and croutons loved it and said he'd gladly have it again. Used chili sauce (didn't have the sweet) and added green onions and slivered almonds. Thanks!

WOW not only delicious but very filling. I scaled this back to 1 serve and used porterbello mushrooms which I thickly sliced. I didn't have lime so had to used lemon juice but it was very tasty and very filling. I used a mix of baby salad leaves, a little grated carrot and some cherry tomatoes halved, a great lunch, thank you bluemoon downunder, made for ZAAR STARS TAG GAME.

I really liked this salad. I'm not a big fan of Asian food, but I enjoyed this one. It was simple to make and tasted great. Thanks for sharing. Made for Gimme 5 tag.

Really enjoyed this Asian salad. It was a flash to prepare and was a recipe that I could easily half. I loved the zippy Asian dressing, which I had dumped altogether in with the chicken and mushroom mixture. We ate as a main meal tonight, it was enough to fill the two of us right up.

A nice tangy dressing with a hint of tomato that compliments the chicken and mushrooms perfectly. I did make the dressing ahead. Sprinkled on some almonds just for a bit of crunch. Served this with zucchini bites so it was a very nice lunch. Thanks bluemoon downunder for sharing. Made for PRMR.

Delicious and very different type of main-dish salad which we enjoyed! My amounts of the ingredients differed slightly, but as this recipe is very adaptable, still gave delicious results. Thanks for sharing this keeper!
