This is my daughters favourite dip that their Nana Jude makes. A southwest US recipe.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 300 g salsa (I use a jar of Old El Paso's thick and chunky)
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce (I recommend sweet chilli with coriander)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Let set in fridge for an hour.
  3. Serve with corn chips.
