      This was a very interesting way to make rice. I had to add extra water and broth but it was really good.

      This is very easy to do. I used apple juice instead of white wine. I used only 1 green onion. I used almost 2 tbs of soy sauce. We all loved the texture and taste of the rice. Thanks Mandy. Made for Bevy tag

      This was a really nice rice dish! I cooked it on the stove just because it was easier for me, but otherwise followed the ingredient list exactly. I used a sauvignon blanc, which gave the rice a very mildly acidic finish, which offset the richness of the butter very well. DH gave this a thumbs-up so we'll be having this again on a regular basis. Thanks for posting!
