This was my first recipe I made with my pressure cooker. My family loved it even though I did'nt tell then what it was til they tried it . This was very tender, and very much worth the wait.person found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Here's a good recipe for serious comfort food! I only had one "oxtail" (it was actually a beef steer tail if you want to quibble over it!) :-) so added a couple handfuls of some "stew meat" to beef it up a bit more. Otherwise followed pretty much as is. Very filling and delicious. *Made for Aus/NZ Recipe Swap Sept 07*person found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... My mom and my brother didn't look too thrilled when I told them what was for dinner, but they definitely changed their mind after tasting this :)I made this the day before and didn't bother to add the cornstarch, I just cooked it longer until the sauce reduced and thickened. And it was just lovely. Thanks mumma!person found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are.
