ingredients

• 30 ml tequila
• 15 ml Frangelico
• 30 ml apple juice
• 30 ml lemon juice, fresh
• 1 peach, stone removed
• 2 teaspoons caster sugar
• ice

directions

1. Muddle peach with sugar in a mixing glass then add remaining ingredients.
2. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
