- 236.59 ml barley or 236.59 ml oats
- 118.29 ml pumpkin pepitas
- 118.29 ml slivered almonds
- 118.29 ml coconut
- 118.29 ml sesame seeds
- 236.59 ml ground almonds
- 118.29 ml dried apricots or 118.29 ml apple
- 14.79 ml olive oil
- 44.37 ml vanilla protein powder
- 118.29 ml tahini
- 2 egg whites (optional)
- 118.29 ml rice or 118.29 ml barley malt
- 118.29 ml apple juice concentrate
directions
- If adding eggs, beat egg whites and fold into other ingredients.
- Press into a greased tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes on 180°C
- Cover when golden brown with foil.
- Store in fridge.
- Great for breakfast on the run, and for snacks.
