    • 1 lemon
    • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped macadamia nuts, toasted

    Directions:

      Melt the butter or margarine over a medium heat in a clean pan.

      Add the juice of 1 lemon, parsley, and macadamia nuts.

      Heat, stirring constantly, until sauce bubbles.

      Pour over hot grilled or broiled fish.
