I used chicken broth to make this wonderful mushroom recipe. This is so easy to make, tastes great, and looks very nice on the plate. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT 6.

Nice mushroom recipe with great flavor! I used less onion and sliced instead of diced, otherwise made as directed. I didn't add any salt as the chicken stock powder is salty enough. Enjoyed these with grilled steak - thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for ZWT6, Zwizzle Chicks

Delish! Fabulous!!! I love mushrooms and onions. Didn`t need to used the extra oil. used fresh basil. Also used mushroom stock not chicken. I did make in my cast iron pan which does make it a lot darker then a stainless steel pan. Made for ZWT6 Thanks.

Just my style, simple and delicious. I used baby bellas, fresh basil and chicken stock in place of the powder and water. These were served with pork chops as a side. Made for my team mate in the Aussie Swap.

This was so easy and really good. I didn't use the cornmeal, b/cuz there was no need as I served this over some boneless pork chops. Made for NZ/AUS Make My Recipe Edt # 35

Oh **Jubes** and absolute winner. The DM and I had this tonight as a light supper with crispy bacon (using recipe Barefoot Contessa's Oven Roasted Bacon) and slices of thick buttered wholemeal toast. The cornflour/cornstarch with water added not only a light thick sauce but added a sheen to the mushroom as well. I didn't have any dried basil (and as it was raining I didn't feel like going out to the herb garden for fresh so used a pinch of dried thyme). This is a dish I think you could serve with any meal as a side or as we did tonight it was the star. Thank you **Jubes**. Made for Edition 4 - Make My Recipe - a game of tag.
