      This is a very nice way to make rabbit! I didn't use joints only but a whole rabbit because that's what I had, and maybe that's the reason why the meat was a bit dry. Or I just didn't add enough olive oil. Anyway, the flavors were really good and I will make this again, adding more olive oil than this time. Thanks for sharing!
