This is a wonderful soda Jewelies. It's flavor is soft and subtle. I loved the combination of lime, mint and rose water. It's a very old world flavor. Its sweet and tart, just perfect. I also omitted the red food coloring, so my version was a pretty soft pink. Thanks for sharing this treasure.

What a wonderful drink! It's sweet and I love everything in it. I simply mixed everything without heating it first as I was using sugar substitute and didn't want to risk any after taste from the heat. Neither did I have red food coloring and used juice instead of lime slices. I'll be making this again as it's so nice to look at with all those mint leaves and probably much more if it's red next time. Thanks for sharing! Tagged for Aus/NZ Make My Recipe #5.

Refreshing! I love the mint with the rose water. Nicely sweetened. I'll keep this one for a garden party at my Grandmother's. A romantic treat!

I didn't have the pretty red rosewater and I only had blue, yellow and green food coloring so mine was not as pretty as chef flowers.... but it was really good! I have had rosewater in drinks before where the rosewater was so overpowering it was like drinking perfume.... not this recipe! It was subdued and very nice. Thanks Jewelies! ZWT3

I made this for *Zaar World Tour III* - Rose water was a staple item in my mothers pantry, she uses it all the time, in drinks or deserts. I made this recipe as it reminds me of my mum. This recipe is very refreshing and perfect for hot summer nights. I wouldn't change a thing with this recipe. I had red rose water (you can also buy the white colour) so I didn't have to use the red food colouring. Thank you Jewelies.

I cut the recipe to only make 2 mocktinis. I used 1/2 c pre-made simple syrup, 1/2 tsp rosewater, a squeeze of lime, 3 mint leaves and 1 (12 oz) can of club soda. You can -almost- taste the alcohol if you serve it in a martini glass. This is a great summer patio recipe.
