- 45 ml tequila
- 15 ml Frangelico
- 20 ml lemon juice, fresh
- 4 pineapple chunks, fresh
- 4 sage leaves, fresh
- ice
directions
- Muddle sage and pineapple in a mixing glass then add remaining ingredients.
- Shake and strain into a chilled champagne saucer.
- Garnish with a sage leaf.
