      I made these for the starter for our Christmas dinner and we both enjoyed them very much. The only ingredient missing was capers, which I usually have a jar of in the fridge but this time, I didn't. Anyway, the combination of the sweet corn, smoked salmon and sour cream was incredible. I will definitely make these again!

      Made these to include on the buffet counter for a monthly group I host & they were A BIG HIT! I did leave some 6 of them without the toppings, but almost everyone went for the 'real' deal! Personally I liked them both ways equally, but then, that's me! Now I have standing orders to make these whenever this particular group meets! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Newest Zaar tag game]
