I think I would eat chicken no matter with what they were basted, slathered or whatever. Almost forgot...this caused much joyosity in my household. That is, if there's such a word. Made for A-NZ #46.

Mmmm!!! what a very nice dinner this made, I made it to the recipe with no changes and marinaded for two hours. What a great find. I liked that you added the marinade almost at the end of cooking it made a nice sauce. I will be making this again. I served it with Zucchini/ Courgettes Sauteed With Sun-Dried Tomatoes#413205 and the two went well together. thank you for posting.

A very nice chicken. A very light lemon flavor with a nice dark glaze. Made as written with a one hour marinate, but could easily go longer. Thanks so much for the post.

Nice lemon chicken!! Although I will say that lemon flavor is very mild. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and served it with Fettuccine All'alfredo, Quick & Easy Italian Cheese Bread and green beans!! I cooked mine on the grill and used the remaining marinade for basting in the beginning of grilling. I really liked that it didn't use excessive amounts for the marinade and that it was used rather than discarded!! Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for Potluck Tag Game.

What a delicious lemon chicken. I loved the marinade which turned the chicken into a nice caramelized piece of meat. The lemon is differently there. This was very easy to prepare and looks great plated. I served it with Oodles of Noodles - Butter Poppy Seed Variation and a nice side salad. This is a keeper and will be made again. Thanks for posting. :)

*Reviewed for Aussie forum Recipe Tag Game* Great chicken. I loved this marinade. Chicken cooked up nice and tender with the slightest hint of lemon. Wonderful served with a healthy sized salad. The lemon zest and wedges were a nice presentation and added to the overall taste. The chicken would also be good serving as Pat suggested with steamed rice and veges. Photo also being posted
