    Nif's Note:

A very easy, healthy and delicious way to grill your shrimp. You can also skewer the shrimp if you want to. Just make sure to soak wooden skewers in warm water for 30 minutes. I didn't include the 1 - 2 hour marinating time. Enjoy!

    Directions:

    1. 1
Mix olive oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cayenne and garlic in a bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Marinate in the fridge for an hour, two hours at the most. If you leave it longer, the lemon juice will start to "cook" the shrimp.
    2. 2
Heat barbeque to medium heat. Cook shrimp until just cooked through, about 3 minutes on each side.
    3. 3
Sprinkle shrimp with parsly and garnish with lemon wedges.

This was a hit at dinner tonight. I reduced the cayenne to 1/2 tsp but I'll use the whole amount next time. The shrimp were marinated to about 1 hour and then, since the shrimp were large but not huge and I didn't want to lose any in the fire, I placed them in my grill wok. The grill time was bang on. Thanks for sharing.

DELICIOUS!!! This is very similar to the way I make our shrimp except with the addition of the wine and cayenne. My DH and DS had steaks and I made two skewers of shrimp for me, which once their steaks were about done DH put my shrimp on the grill. The marinade is quick and easy to get together and is so tasty. I made it as written, but just shook the cayenne bottle a couple of times, as I am a whimp with heat!! Thanks for sharing your recipe Nif!!! Made for PRMR!!!
