Excellent smoothie! Love that it integrates veggies into breakfast. . .perfect for picky toddlers. I did add some flax, a I always do. And my zucchini was frozen which provided great "frost" to the drink. Made for Bevy Tag.

Definitely an unusual combo of ingredients, but the resulting smoothie is VERY, VERY GOOD! I used 1/3 cup of fat-free vanilla yogurt & 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon for the connamon yogurt! Froze the banana & chopped zucchini before using them & had myself a satisfying smoothie, one worth making again! Thanks for sharing your recipe! Good! A little weird, but good! lol. I used regular yogurt and added a little cinnamon. And I didn't chop up the zucchini very well, and then neither did my blender for a wee bit or two. My 3-year-old found a small chunk in his glass but he didn't know what it was. lol. Reviewed for ZWT4.

This is yummy Mandy! Unable to get a zucchini, I peeled and lightly cooked some broccoli stem instead. Weird, but it worked! Great taste. I used homemade soy "yogurt" and a scant 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. What I like most is the sneaky addition of some veggie! Thanks!
