- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 14.79 ml balsamic vinegar
- 4.92 ml cumin
- 4.92 ml coriander
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 500 g asparagus, trimmed (2 bunches)
directions
- Combine oil, vinegar and spices in jar. Shake well.
- Place asparagus in dish and pour over dressing.
- Preheat barbeque or grill pan.
- Cook basting and turning frequently until tender.
