Loved these potatoes! I reduced to 2 servings (still using a whole clove of garlic) and used regular lowfat milk instead of cream. Great combination of veggies - thanks for sharing the recipe!

I absolutely love this recipe!!! I started using it on the side with sausages, but now I always use this to top off my shepherds pie, which everyone I cook it for absolutely loves!!!!

What a totally delightful recipe! :) Now I must confess up front that I do a-d-o-r-e spinach and have yet to eat a spinach recipe that I didn't really like. I did double the garlic and add proportionally more of the baby spinach leaves (always a staple in our fridge) than what were specified in the recipe.
