Somehow, I have an entire can of coffee creamer... I don't even drink coffee!! So I set out to find recipes that called for pwodered creamer. I used old-fashioned oats, so I increased the cooking time a bit; and thawed frozen strawberries. Maybe it's because it wasn't French vanilla flavored, but I didn't notice that the creamer made this taste any different that regular oatmeal. It was still good, it just didn't CHANGE it any. I microwaved two strawberries too in step three, and sprinkled the third over that, but then decided it needed more sweetness so I added a couple of packets of Splenda, mixed it all up, and microwaved it for another twenty seconds. I didn't bother with the yogurt, either. Thanks for posting!

Great breakfast! I only had old-fashioned oats so cooked a couple minutes longer. I added the strawberries after cooking and also added a little sugar. I served with a little lowfat milk and really enjoyed - thanks for sharing the recipe!

Made for Aus/NZ ~ Make My Recipe Edition 7. This was excellent oatmeal. I didn't have fresh strawberries (they didn't look very good for the price they wanted) so I used dried strawberries that I had and this turned out great. I also added 1 T of ground flax seed after the oatmeal was cooked to boost the nutrition. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for posting this Mandy.

I have a bad habit of not eating breakfast but after trying this oatmeal I will be! Also used a few frozen strawberries that I put in a bowl and let thaw before microwaving the oatmeal. Added them for step #3 and spooned a large dollop of vanilla yogurt on top. Great low fat recipe! Thank you Mandy!

This was so good. I made it as directed only I used the liquid coffee creamer instead of the powdered. It still came out perfect.

This was absolutely fabulous. I halved the recipe & used milk instead of water, sugar free french vanilla creamer, frozen strawberries (thawed slightly in microwave) & topped it with a Splenda packet. I still microwaved mine for 1 min, and I did warm the berries for another 20 sec. Topped with a few banana slices & vanilla yogurt-it was heaven!! Thank u so much for sharing this.
