A simple refreshing salad, best made just before serving, and when the ingredients are so few it is obviously essential that those ingredients be first class. If you are unable to find a commercial brand of passionfruit and strawberry dressing, Strawberry Dressing sounds delicious.
- 250 g strawberries, washed, dried, hulled and cut into quarters
- 250 g green seedless grapes, washed, dried
- 100 ml passion fruit and strawberry salad dressing
- Place the strawberries and grapes into a serving dish.
- Add the dressing and mix to combine.
- Serve immediately.
Blue --- this is a fabulous and quick weeknight salad! The dressing had to be subbed out due to limitations in my grocery but I used a poppy seed dressing like another reviewer and it was perfect. A great combination of tart and sweet! Very refreshing and very much enjoyed by everyone! Thanks for a keeper of a recipe! Made for Zaar Stars tag game!
I really enjoyed this simple salad. I couldn't find the dressing so used Vanilla-Pear Vinaigrette with some strawbs added in. It was seet & tart & delicous all at the same time. Thanks for posting!
Simple, quick and delicious! I prepared this using Pom-Berry Granade & Baies Dressing. The first time I prepared it I used only grapes and strawberries as directed in the recipe. The next time I added a bit of chopped cantaloupe. Thankyou for posting.
