Succulent Prawns for the Barbie

"I love prawns. This is one of the yummiest prawn dishes that I have had. It combines two fantastic cooking elements, prawns and the BBQ. I think they go hand in hand."

  1. Excellent recipe. Nice combination of herbs they do not detract from the flavor of the prawns only enhance it,. I used large parawns (16 to the pound) and cut the recipe in half. Too cold to BBQ so I broiled them Thanks Ben, great recipe

  2. Let it be known: NO Aussies throw "shrimps on barbies"! That's an ad ....

  3. Excellent recipe, Ben. I skipped the butter and cut back o n the oil. Still had wonderful flavor and will be a definite repeat here next time we can get ahold of those special large prawns.

  4. I have used this recipe for 2 years and have never told anyone how delish this is. I grow my herbs so it is always exciting to use my own stuff. Excellant

  5. I used the marinade from this recipe for scallops; I skewered them on bamboo and grilled them. They were the best scallops I've ever had - I'll definitely try this with prawns or shrimp as well. Great recipe!
