"This recipe is relatively low in fat, but high in taste. Great summer dish, and could be done on the barbeque"

  1. Wow Naomi, a really nice blend of flavours! Rather than use your serving suggestion I just chomped away with a glass of chardonnay in the other hand and it was great.

  2. Lots of flavour, we enjoyed them very much! I cooked them a little differently, I stir fryed the shallots and pea pods first then threw in the prawns and finished stir fry ing them all together, lovely flavour and I will make them again, thanks for posting.

  3. These are tasty! I used red pepper flakes in place of the chili and served the shrimp with ginger snow pea rice.

  4. I loved it. Great on top of steaming hot white rice and broiled veggies. Can't grill so I just used the broiler. It still turned out awesome.

  5. I've been making this recipe for a number of years except I use Teriyaki sauce instead of soy sauce, it is absolutely finger-licking good!

I live in Australia, and love to cook summery recipes that are relatively healthy. I don't believe in 'diet food' though- it has to taste great.
