- 1⁄2 cup sliced almonds
- 1⁄3 cup sesame seeds
- 250 g sultanas
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 750 g raw oats
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds
- 250 g dried fruit
- 1⁄2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1⁄2 cup barley
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1⁄2 cup roasted buckwheat groats
directions
- Place oats on an ungreased oven tray, bake in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes, stirring several times, until oats are golden brown (take care as they burn easily). Cool.
- Toast coconut, seeds and almonds on a dry frying pan, tossing to prevent burning. Cool.
- Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
