Make and share this Tropical Summer Breeze recipe from Food.com.
- 60 ml peach liqueur
- 15 ml bacardi rum
- 15 ml mango liqueur
- 15 ml gin
- 60 ml pineapple juice
- 60 ml orange juice
- 1 fresh mango
- 1 fresh peach
- Blend with ice and pour into a 300ml cocktail glass.
- Garnish with orange slice and a twist of peel.
oh...this was so delicious on a hot summer's night with just the barest of breezes blowing in Athens. I couldn't find mango liqueur anywhere so I subbed with some kumquat I had on hand (not the same, but it is a citrus and blended nicely with the other flavours). Very refreshing and very alcoholic. In other words, PERFECT!
