Watermelon Mai Tai

To make this drink suitable for non drinkers, omit alcohol and increase the pineapple juice to 1 cup.
I like to add the ice to the blender also..n drink it like a slushy.
Directions:

Place the watermelon, pineapple juice, rum, liqueur and grenadine in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth.

Divide the ice among serving glasses.

Pour over watermelon mixture to serve.

Yummo, this so reminds me of the drinks my husband & I sipped on in Vanuatu on our honeymoon, much enjoyed, thanks for posting!

I made the mai tai as specified by the directions. I have to admit I wasn't impressed. It was just too sweet and sticky, and it didn't hit the spot. Of course I am not particularly partial to sweet drinks, so maybe people who like sweet drinks would really enjoy this.
