      Had half a melon in the freezer and used that for a couple of yummy drinks. Made for Aussie/NZ RS#34.

      I made the mai tai as specified by the directions. I have to admit I wasn't impressed. It was just too sweet and sticky, and it didn't hit the spot. Of course I am not particularly partial to sweet drinks, so maybe people who like sweet drinks would really enjoy this.

      Yum! I'd never had a watermelon Mai Tai before and this was great! I didn't have pineapple juice, but had fresh pineapple, so I blended that in with the watermelon. it still came out delicious!

      oooh how yummy!!! i used a little less than half of a mini watermelon cause i wasn't sure how much 500 g was. also my pineapple juice was unfortunately older than i thought and had to use orange juice as a sub. but it was still a great drink! definately going to make these again in the summer! :)

      I made the non alcoholic version because our family are non drinkers. Little Miss (DD) and Hubby really enjoyed it, I sipped a little to sample it I can't consume watermelon because it doesn't digest properly). My family thought it was yummy and very refreshing, perfect for humid summer evening. Thank you Stardustannie.
