      I used pumpkin I had frozen n basil in place of the cilantro. Heat from some chilies would have been nice in this and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Used whole wheat pasta. I did used shrimp but if I was down under it would have been yabbie meat. Thanks Mate!

      Enjoyed this!!! Used Butternut soup, since I couldnt find pumpkin here, so it probably added a slightly sweeter touch, and I also used shrimp. Really good, the sweet potato was an interesting touch, all in all I would never have thought of this as a pasta dish and yet, it works :) I also used penne, simply because I thought I would prefer a short-cut pasta with this.
